The setting is peaceful and convenient, very close to shops / restaurants, the SJO airport and downtown San Jose and a "mall" huge supermarket. The place to order dinner at a short distance from the property is The Kosher Center.

The staff were very helpful in making arrangements for transportation, including a taxi to the Embassy and to the airport the next day. The restaurant on-site provided a delicious breakfast and the welcome drink was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel offers leisure facilities such as a Wi-Fi lounge, exercise gym, and a cots for pets allowed.

It was in a good and best possible location adjacent to a `` mall ''-huge supermarket, different areas of San Jose, and both San Jose international airport. Had a really nice stay in our large room with a jacuzzi and very nice decorated walls, as for instance.

I have stayed in a suite with a balcony, Wi-Fi, and a phone.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great additions to our stay during Thanksgiving weekend. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. We could hear everything, from the staff talking at the front desk to other guests in their rooms.

What a great weekend getaway! We booked a hotel that was close to the airport and stumbled upon this gem. The location was great, close to major city arteries, and easy to find taxis. Inside, the hotel had amazing artistic decor that made it feel unique, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a varied and generous menu. The room was clean and quiet, providing us with a great night's sleep.

The layout of the room, which was somewhat unpredictable. It felt like a bit of a maze, and some areas of the room were not as comfortable as others.
